Midterm results

It became apparent during the grading that I made the midterm too long. I apologize for that. I've applied a 21-point curve in my gradebook to account for the bulk of problem 5, which was where people had the most difficulty. Scores of over 100 are truncated to 100.

Solutions will be posted after I've had a chance to triple-check them.

After the curve, the average grade was a 74.76, and the standard deviation was 12.8, which is about what I was aiming for in the first place.

The grade cutoffs are:

A 90-100
B
75-89
C 60-74
D 50-59
F 0-49
